Well folks, Images have finally been delivered to Cyndi + Vic. So you know what that means!

Yup you got it, a wonderful blog post. I mean, Heck! Why not?

Cyndi and Vic had an awesome wedding in my book. It was on a Thursday, Thursday? Thursday!  I know, I know! You ask “Who has a wedding on a Thursday?”  Well these two did and it was awesome!  Great location, fantastic weather, Amazing company, Wild turkeys. What more could you ask for? Yeah thats right wild turkeys! Not jive turkeys ( Well maybe some jive wild turleys).

So Vic and I go way back. Well.. maybe 5 years or so but considering thats about one fifth of my life I will consider it way back. I got a Facebook email from him a few months ago telling me that he was engaged, I couldn’t have been happier for him ( He has to be one of the most genuinely nice people you would ever meet, really I mean that). One of my first thoughts was “Who is his wonderful lady?”. I wound up meeting Cyndi a few weeks later as we all met up at Champp’s in Brookfield for some lunch and some photography discussions. After a few moments with them I could picture them getting married. You know that feeling when you can just tell with two people? Yeah that one.

A few weeks later we got together again for a little signing of the contract festivities at Mo’s Irish pub in Wauwatosa. This is where my first contract was signed on the new iPad ( Cyndi + Vic where the first).

Fast forward to August  19th 2010. The big day.

They had the ceremony and reception at the Schlitz Autobahn Center in Bayside (Milwaukee Area). I must admit it was the first time I had been there since I was in 5th grade on a field trip. I could have never imagined being back there to photograph a wedding..

There is no other venue that I think could have matched up for their day. That place is just pure amazing for a wedding… Fantastic look and feel, wonderful details ( Wild flowers like no ones business, Wild Turkeys, a lake), and not to mention great staff!
